I take care of a wide range of home repair and maintenance tasks — everything from drywall repair, painting, and trim installation to flooring, pressure washing, and general handyman work. If it's on your to-do list, I can probably handle it.
It depends on the project. Smaller jobs may be billed hourly, while larger projects are quoted at a flat rate so you know the total cost up front. Either way, I'll always provide clear pricing before starting.
Rates vary depending on the type and size of the job. Smaller jobs (under 2 hours) may use an hourly rate — usually for quick fixes or punch-list items. Mid-size or specialty jobs typically get a flat rate, so clients know exactly what to expect with no surprise costs. Larger projects or multi-service visits get bundled pricing or day rates, which often saves money and lets me knock out a bunch of tasks in one visit. The goal is always to be transparent, fair, and to provide value — whether it's a 30-minute fix or a full day's work.

I can do either. Many clients prefer that I purchase and bring the right materials, but if you'd like to supply your own, that's fine too.
Scheduling depends on current workload, but I do my best to fit clients in quickly. For urgent needs, I try to prioritize so small jobs don't wait too long.
